Companies include global lingerie brand Agent Provocateur, luxury outerwear brand Arctic Army, wholesale distributor Four Marketing and our PR and Marketing agency, Present Agency.
We are currently recruiting for a Operations Administrator to join our Operations department in our Market Road, London, Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.
The successful candidate will manage the daily wholesale operations and logistics tasks following the order entry process from the Sales Team. Seasonal order book management and system set up.
Processing any tasks related to purchase invoices, credits and claims with suppliers.
Liaison between Credit Control and Accounts departments to facilitate accurate and timely shipments within credit limits
Coordination of dispatches to customers in the UK and overseas.
Internal document archiving, filing and storage of key client documents.
Year end vendor accounts reconciliations.
