About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be a vital part of a successful and proactive sales team. Your primary focus will be on developing new customer relationships through a consultative sales approach, highlighting the benefits of training, learning, and sponsorship opportunities. This role is primarily conducted via telephone, video calls, and email, involving profiling accounts, prospect building, and achieving weekly sales targets. Over time, the role will evolve into an account management position, with a significant focus remaining on new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create sustainable business relationships via phone, email, Teams meetings, and occasional client visits (optional).

* Identify business opportunities and provide accurate forecasting of pipeline sales.

* Prepare quotes and proposals for customers.

* Manage customer service effectively.

* Maintain all relevant management information systems.

* Prospect for new customers.

* Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.

* Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

* Support the Team Leader with strategic sales initiatives, coaching and developing team members, and product development.

Background & Experience:

* Experience in a sales environment.

* Strong selling skills with excellent articulation.

* Proven experience in providing excellent customer service.

* Ability to manage tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
