We are seeking a Complaints Administrator for a Local Authority Client based in Southwest London.
In this role you will be responsible for logging new complaints, processing compensation claims, and responding to complaints and enquiries from elected members. Your role will involve engaging with residents via telephone, email, and formal written correspondence, requiring strong letter writing skills and meticulous attention to detail.
About the role:
You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives:
* Log and track new complaints, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
* Process compensation claims in accordance with established procedures.
* Respond to complaints and enquiries from elected members, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
* Engage with residents via telephone, email, and formal written correspondence, providing exceptional customer service.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complaints effectively and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records and databases related to complaints management.
About you:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
* Proven experience in delivering customer service, particularly in handling complaints and resolving issues effectively.
* Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle various tasks related to complaints management, including logging complaints, processing compensation claims, and maintaining accurate records.
* Excellent attention to detail in documenting complaints, processing claims, and ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks.
What's on offer:
Salary: £17+per hour
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week
