Our client is committed to providing cutting-edge security solutions to the construction industry. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for: Identifying and targeting key prospects within the construction industry Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders Understanding client needs and proposing tailored security solutions Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets Providing ongoing support and customer service to clients Requirements of a Business Development Manager: Proven experience in business development or sales Experience selling CCTV or security into the construction industry A deep understanding of the construction industry and its unique challenges and opportunities Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-centric mindset The ability to work independently and as part of a team A results-driven approach and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets If you're passionate about sales, construction, and making a difference in the security industry, we want to hear from you
