~ Immediate A large, well-organised school in Brent is looking for an experienced administration officer to join their team on a full-time basis. The school are offering the role as a contract basis initially, but are looking for a someone to support the team. Please note we are only able to accept applications from administrators with a minimum of 1 years' experience working in a school office. Job role In this role you will work closely with the School Business Manager, to support the effective management of school administrative systems, including monitoring and reviewing the school’s systems and procedures. As the school administration officer your role will include duties in all the following areas:
~ Pupil attendance and punctuality
~ Data management
~ General administration

This large specialised academy in Brent is popular within the local community offering an diverse and broad education for year 7 to year 13. There is a dedicated leadership team in place and there are good opportunities for training and development.
a minimum of 1 years' experience working in a school office
be extremely organised in administration
hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be prepared to obtain one
