Sales/Snr Project Co-ordinator role for MEDICAL supplies business in South Yorkshire

Salary circa £35-£40K

We are looking for a charismatic individual who ideally has experience of either selling too or managing large clients such as the NHS, Veterinary clinics or dentists

The role is two-fold - Firstly to be the sales lead for all new enquiries for the companies latest media solutions equipment and Secondly to ensure that all new orders are project managed effectively throughout all of the customer sites

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can communicate professionally with high profile clients and who can assist in managing small to large projects.

Responsibilities & knowledge needed:

* After product training being confident in giving sound advice and answering any questions re this exciting new product, discussing the benefits of rental vs. purchase

* Have a knowledge and understanding of Healthcare bodies and structures (desirable)

* To work closely with the Head of Media and Waiting Room solutions as required and with The Vet Channel team.

* To work closely with the IT Envisage Projects Lead (Envisage being the name of the new media solutions equipment) around complex enquiries, new build requirements and large projects (eg on-site surveys, installation timeframes etc).

* Responsible for managing large Envisage projects from a sales perspective liaising with Sales Development Manager as required and working closely with customer Project Leads.

* Keeping highly accurate and up-to-date records/spreadsheets of large orders being processed on 'call off orders', liaising regularly with the Accounts Team to validate and balance the accounts.

* Booking of multiple on-site surveys where required for large groups, keeping customers informed and ensuring most efficient routes.

* Act as Envisage sales point of contact for other company team members.

* Create and implement training plans for new team members

* Undertake quality monitoring for sales advisors and feedback

* Identify and assist with Envisage marketing opportunities/campaigns and new sales opportunities, including outbound calls, eshots and exhibitions where required.

* Identify any areas for improvement and discuss with Sales Development Manager/Head of Media and Waiting Room Solutions

* Any other duties commensurate with the post.

* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

* Excellent record-keeping skills

* Excellent planning and organisational skills

* Ability to work well independently, as part of a team and inter-departmentally

* Experience in working across a multi-disciplinary team

* Articulate with an excellent telephone manner and written communication skills

* Customer-focused

* Proficient in the use of IT, in particular CRM, Sage and Excel

* Good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets

* Ability to learn and retain information
