Part Time Office Administrator – Maidenhead
Two days a week, 9-5pm Thursday and Friday

Due to continued growth, McBains are looking for a part time office administrator with 5+ years’ experience in a commercial setting to join our team in our vibrant Maidenhead office.
This is a part-time role from 9am - 5pm, based on-site on Thursday and Friday at our Maidenhead office. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company procedures
Dealing with phone and e mail enquiries
Leading in coordination and support for Maidenhead office events and local Marketing
Maintaining records, CRM systems and HR systems (specifically Unit4)
Organising travel and accommodation for staff
Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer based information
Administration of financial reporting/invoicing
Project administration including raising Purchase Orders.
