Brighton Head Office (Remote)
The Product Development Manager will lead the development and execution of innovative products that align with Study Group’s strategic goals. The Product Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Develop an understanding of Study Group’s key customer pain points (university partners and international students) to identify opportunities for new products
Develop and implement product development initiatives that align with company objectives and strategy.
Oversee the design and development of new products.
Working with key stake-holders ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Work within Study Group’s Project Management framework to ensure that key milestones, resource needs and project needs can be supported by the PMO to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Use insights to inform product development and positioning.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine products.
Implement best practices in product development and project management.
Monitor and evaluate product performance to identify areas for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Proven experience in product development or product management.
Strong project management skills.
