Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive NPD Assistant to support our product development team in the research, planning, and launch of new products. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the NPD team in the research and development of new products, ensuring timely and successful launches.
  • Collect and analyze market and consumer data to inform product positioning and development decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, request product samples, and collaborate on product launches.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure final product samples are available for content creation prior to launch.
  • Manage project timelines, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure projects are on schedule.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with experience in product-related roles, preferably in the nail industry. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
