The GelBottle Inc. is a dynamic and innovative company that is passionate about pioneering new product developments. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented NPD Assistant to join our team and contribute to the creation of market-leading products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development Support: Assist the NPD team in researching, planning, and developing new products to ensure timely and successful launches.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze market and consumer data to support product positioning and development decisions.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with UK and international suppliers, request product samples, and collaborate on product launches.
  • Sample Coordination: Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure final samples are available for content creation prior to product launches.
  • Artwork Coordination: Ensure briefs are supplied and completed on time by the packaging team.
  • Project Timeline Management: Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring that all project phases are on schedule. This involves tracking progress, identifying potential delays, and communicating any issues to relevant stakeholders to keep the project on track.
About You:

We are looking for an individual with experience working in a product-related role, preferably in the nail industry, with a passion for innovation and a drive to get deep into the core of our business. You will have strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze data and trends, and translate them into actionable product development insights.
