Duties of the Maintenance & Facilities Manager include:

Assist in Tooling/equipment supplier management includingselection, negotiation, and performance monitoring
Provide support to the sales and commercial teams in technical discussions with existing and potential new customers
Co-ordination and management of production line trials to
Support the Operations Manager in the management of Manufacturing OEE and resourcing of improvement projects
Support the Quality Team to ensure all products are producedto specificationandany manufacturing defectsare identified and remedied promptly
Maintenanceof facility - buildings, roads, services
Assist H&S Manager in compliance of:- pressure vessel regulations, lifting equipment regulations, asbestos management, andcooling tower maintenance.
Monitor and control external technical, maintenance, and tool-making costs
We are looking to speak with Maintenance & Facilities Managers with the following skills/experience:

Maintenance Team Leaders or Maintenance Supervisors will be consider
Experiencein plastic/rubber manufacturing
Knowledge of engineering standards and best practices e.g., RCM, Six Sigma Green Belt
IOSH managing safely
Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques.
People management skills and experience
