About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Acis Group. As a Site Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, compliant, and meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure that they are delivering a high level of service and following relevant policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits to identify and address maintenance issues, and to ensure that all facilities are in good working order.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives and that facilities are meeting the needs of our customers.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.
- Manage and supervise contractors and vendors to ensure that they are meeting our standards and that all work is completed to a high level of quality.
- Develop and implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices to reduce our environmental impact.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in maintenance and facilities management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, with a strong background in supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and facilities management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.
- Ability to manage and supervise contractors and vendors to ensure that they are meeting our standards and that all work is completed to a high level of quality.
