Job Title: School Site Supervisor Required ASAP

At fish4.co - Jobboard, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing site supervisory, reporting, resident liaison, client reporting and liaison for energy efficiency improvement and retrofit projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising work programs for retrofitting social housing, energy efficiency projects with a whole house improvement approach.
  • Resolving technical problems by coordinating preparation of reports and communication with staff, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Ensuring quality of all operational staff by way of auditing regularly on site to prove competence and compliance of onsite engineers with the company procedures.
  • Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine orders for delivery to site; establishing personal networks.
  • Reporting of project changes on site and supply problems to line manager.
  • Liaison with scheduling teams (office based) staff regarding schedules and programming.
  • Complete QC checks and all required sign off documentation, certification for projects.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working within the Social Housing sector on large scale installation and maintenance contracts, customer service, including experience of site CDM and H&S regulations and reporting.
  • Electrical or Building Fabric Insulation experience preferred.
