Full Job Description Who we are looking for

We are currentlyin the process of ramping up our business in the UK. From our newlocation in London we plan to develop the British market and providelocal expertise to our customers and partners. As Director Sales andPartner Management UK (f/m/d) you will be responsible for thedevelopment of our UK business, creating strong strategicrelationships to corporate clients and financing partners and refiningour product portfolio. You will identify opportunities in the workingcapital financing space, develop appropriate solutions, andindependently negotiate client programs. You will lead our UK teamwith strong support from our German headquarters. 

Your main tasks: 
  • Expansion into the UK market with our product cflox pay. 
  • Acquisition of new clients as well as client support and advice. 
  • Strategic development and support of our banking andnon-banking partners. 
  • Regional leadership, building our UKteam and driving international success. 
  • Continuousdevelopment of our services in coordination with our team in Hamburg.
Your skills

You have anenthusiastic personality with several years of experience in banking,corporate finance, and/or the working capital space. With your passionfor financing, you convince potential customers and partners of thebenefits of cflox solutions. In addition, we appreciate: 

  • A successfully completed degree, e. g. in the field of finance,economics, or engineering. 
  • Experience in advising companiesof different sizes and/or strategic operative sales work in the B2Bfinance/trade finance/working capital sector. 
  • Enthusiasmand a high degree of personal responsibility, assertiveness, and theability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel withinthe region of your responsibility.
