Guest Relations Manager Ideal Profile: Demonstrates a strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on anticipating and exceeding guest requirements Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Exhibits leadership qualities and the ability to act as a duty manager, overseeing hotel operations and ensuring smooth guest experiences Displays meticulous attention to detail in conducting room audits, monitoring guest profiles and preferences Flexibility and adaptability, willing to undertake sleep-ins and perform various tasks as required Strong problem-solving abilities Guest Relations Manager Responsibilities: Ensure all guest requirements, particularly those of VIPs and leisure guests, are anticipated and exceeded during their stay Meet and greet specific VIPs as instructed, conduct room audits for VIPs, communicate maintenance issues promptly Maintain constant awareness of all hotel activities, be fully visible in all areas, liaise with guests, address queries or complaints courteously Respond to positive and negative feedback received from surveys promptly, update guest profiles accordingly Undertake lobby management, periodic patrols of the hotel premises, and ensure compliance with fire and safety procedures Have full knowledge of conference and banqueting operations, assist guests with enquiries as necessary, and monitor guest care standards By submitting your CV to Ginger Recruitment Services Ltd (GRSL), you are consenting to GRSL providing you with recruitment services as an agency defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and authorising GRSL to work seek on your behalf.
