As a Hotel Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. **Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Change bed linens, and towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless service to guests.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
- Follow established procedures for lost and found items.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals is an asset.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
- Understanding and adherence to health and safety regulations.
