Our client based in Birmingham, a leader in their field within the education sector, is currently recruiting for a HR Assistant on a 3-month temporary basis with the potential to go permanent. The position is due to start immediately, and the hourly rate is £13.45 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.
Providing administrative and clerical service to the HR Advisors, supporting them with project work relevant to their lead area
# Updating the HR system with any changes, including, setting up new starters, processing salary changes, overtime and expense claims
# Dealing with recruitment, including collating application forms for shortlisting, interview letters, chasing references, producing offer and contract letters, and ensuring uniform is arranged
# Assisting with recruitment for temporary agency workers, and co-ordinating work experience and volunteer applications
# Arranging timely meetings for absence management, new starter paperwork, probation information briefings and employee relation matters

Competent use of MS Office software
5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
