**Job Summary**:
As a Human Resource Officer at Real Energy Limited, you will play a vital role in managing various HR functions to support the company's mission, vision, and goals. This position involves responsibilities related to employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR record-keeping.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

**Employee Relations**:Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, maintaining a positive work environment.
Administer and explain company policies and procedures to employees.

**Compliance and Documentation**:Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, timesheets, and employee data.

**Benefits Administration**:Assist with employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related matters.

**Performance Management**:Support performance appraisal processes, including tracking employee goals, evaluations, and feedback.
Assist in developing performance improvement plans when necessary.

**Training and Development**:Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Monitor and track employee training and development activities.

**HR Reporting**:Generate HR-related reports as needed by management.
Analyze and present HR data for decision-making purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR or related roles is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Salary**: From £26,500.00 per year
