We have a vacancy for a Human Resources Lead to join us to play a crucial role in obtaining our Business Objectives. We work within a regulated field in the Health & Social Care Sector. As such, safeguarding and compliance is paramount to us

**Your duties will include**:

- As a member of CIPD, Interpret and advise on employment legislation
- Responsibility for the provision of appropriate advice and guidance to managers and staff supported by Peninsula and ACAS, in dealing with all employment concerns and employee relations, including issues of conduct and capability, performance management, recruitment, training and development, remuneration, benefits, terms and conditions of employment.
- Liaising with staff about problems at work and personal problems as applicable.
- In line with ACAS guidelines, develop policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers. Providing support with the planning and delivering of training.
- Ensuring that all relevant policies and procedures are accurate, ratified and disseminated.
- Working with other professional colleagues and care providers in order to facilitate good standards of professional practice and to implement plans made in respect of each of them in this process.

- Be Level 7 CIPD Qualified or working towards
- Educated to degree level
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working within HR
- Knowledge and experience of working within a Health & Social Care company is preferred but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
