Our team is dedicated to delivering packages with care and professionalism, and we are currently looking for a Head of Human Resources Department to support our expanding team.

Position: Head of Human Resources Department

Location: Erdington, B24 9FE

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives
Oversee the recruitment process for drivers, helpers, and other staff, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Implement and manage performance evaluation processes, employee training, and development programs
Ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws and regulations
Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages
Manage and maintain HR-related documentation, including personnel files and employee records
Collaborate with management to create a positive and inclusive company culture
Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
At least 5 years of experience in a human resources leadership role
Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Romanian language will be an advantage
