JOB DESCRIPTION POST OF : RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: To support the HR department with safer recruitment according to OFSTED standards and legislation by ensuring pre-employment checks are completed.
A can do and self-motivated attitude, you must be able to use your own initiative.
IT proficient and an excellent command of written English.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Previous education or compliance experience would be a bonus, however not essential.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
To provide a full range of recruitment administrative support to Human Resources.
To gain references from most recent and previous employers.
Reporting to: Human Resources Manager
Disclosure Level Check: Enhanced
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Recruitment Administrator: 1 year (preferred)
