As a Modern Workplace Account Executive at Changing Social, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. You will identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Client Relationship Management :
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute account management plans to maximise client engagement and retention.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, including M365, and effectively communicate their value proposition.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals that meet both client and company needs.
Work closely with Operations and Adoption and Change teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in contract agreements and statements of work .
Market and Competitor Analysis:
Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Share feedback and market intelligence with internal teams to drive product and service enhancements.
Work closely with the Customer Success, Technical, PMO and ACM teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.

Key Performance Indicators
~(KPIs)Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
~ Number of new clients acquired and growth in existing accounts.
~ Efficiency in the sales cycle and pipeline management.
~ Quality and effectiveness of sales presentations and proposals.


3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
~ Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
~ Strong knowledge of Modern Workplace solutions, including Microsoft 365.

Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave per calendar year, including Bank Holidays, with an additional day for each year of employment up to a maximum of 5 days.
