DBLO Associates Architects are hiring a PA and Office Manager to join its team in SW London.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic architects studio as a PA to the directors and office manager.
We are a thriving architectural studio known for our innovative designs and commitment to excellence. Our team of talented architects and designers is dedicated to creating inspiring spaces that push boundaries and transform communities. With a focus on sustainable and forward-thinking design principles, we are at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities:
As an office manager and PA to the directors, you will be an integral part of our studio’s success. Your responsibilities will include:
- providing comprehensive support to the directors, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings and handling travel arrangements
- acting as a gatekeeper and screening phone calls, emails and other correspondence for the directors
- assisting with project management tasks, including document preparation, tracking project timelines and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- managing the office operations, including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance and ensuring a smooth workflow
- overseeing general administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping and handling confidential information
- supporting the marketing efforts of the studio, including social media management, website updates and coordinating marketing materials
- assisting with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- proven experience as a PA to senior executives or similar roles, preferably within the architecture or design industry
- excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in your work
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe In Design and other relevant software applications
- familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- passion for architecture and design, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the industry’s evolving trends
