Your opportunity

As a result of an internal promotion, we are seeking an Office Manager to undertake a wide array of business support activities including:

  • Office access and security
  • Welcoming guests and providing refreshments
  • Office stock provision and organising weekly online deliveries
  • Event support including management of catering
  • Finance administration including travel and accommodation support
  • Management of cleaning contract
  • Sales administration support

This is a busy and active role which would suit a self-starter with an excellent eye for detail and a welcoming personality.

This role is front-of-house at Robiquity and works closely with both the Sales and People teams to ensure that employee and visitor experience is exceptional.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience of providing an effective customer service
  • A welcoming and engaging personality
  • Experience of working in a business support function
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication including written skills

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They will be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing and handling outgoing mail including couriers.

You will need to be available to work from our Manchester office 5-days per week.
