Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create redundancy letters and other related documentation.
  2. Attend redundancy consultation meetings as a note-taker.
  3. Assist with re-deployment and recruitment processes.
  4. Advertise job roles and screen CVs.
  5. Arrange and coordinate interviews.
  6. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in HR administration, particularly in handling redundancy processes.
  2. Excellent organisational skills.
  3. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
