**The Role**:
As an HR Executive at Pro EV Group, you will be instrumental in supporting our human resources department with the management and execution of HR policies and procedures. This role requires a proactive, knowledgeable individual who can deliver results and promote the values of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment & Onboarding**: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company.
- **Employee Relations**: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, offering support and guidance on HR policies, employee benefits, and wellbeing initiatives.
- **HR Administration**: Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity in HR systems, manage contracts, and assist with payroll processing.
- **Training & Development**: Assist with the development, coordination, and delivery of training sessions and professional development programs.
- **Performance Management**: Support the performance review process and work with senior HR management to implement performance management strategies that align with company goals.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and ethical standards.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position.
- Excellent understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS).
- CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential.
