HR Administrator

We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to support the Cluster HR Manager with a wide range of HR-related activities across the two Distinct Group Hotels
Based at the Bedford Swan Hotel, the HR Administrator will be responsible for providing a confidential and professional support for day to day HR administration processes and enquires. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company standards, policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the employee on boarding process, including the issuing of offer letters, contracts and induction packs together with right to work checks and obtaining relevant references.
- Creating and maintaining employee digital and hard copy personnel records.
- Monitoring holidays, probationary period and sickness triggers and providing meaningful reporting data as required.
- Responsible for payroll processing which will require the verification of time attendance records. Ensuring all employee information relating to new starters, leavers, absence and maternity plus any payroll changes are accurately recorded in a timely manner and in line with a strict payroll processing schedule in collaboration with our outside payroll provider.
- Administer the employee benefits program
- Assist with HR projects and taking notes at HR meetings as and when required.
Previous experience of payroll processing would be an advantage but not essential as full training would be given.
This position is for 30 hours per week over 5 days, 9am to 3pm but will require flexibility to work beyond 3pm when required to ensure monthly payroll deadlines are met.

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
