Job summary
We are pleased to announce we are now welcoming applications for the role of HR Support Services Officer.
To provide high quality and efficient transactional HR services to the Trust and workforce, ensuring all transactions occur accurately, in a timely manner, in line with appropriate Trust Policies and Procedures.
Delivering a professional service focused on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction by offering support and advice where required and ensuring KPIs are met.
Please note the post holder will be required to work from Lakeview House, Bedford
Main duties of the job
To be responsible for monitoring and managing the HR Payroll Forms Inbox daily, responding to emails appropriately, taking a proactive approach to ensure that queries are resolved, and HR Forms are processed within the designated timeframes.

This is a busy role, but one that offers an excellent sense of achievement and the opportunity to develop a range of coordination and administration skills as well as an understanding of the Ambulance Trust and how they deliver great patient care. Educated to NVQ level 4/GCSC/A- Level or equivalent or significant direct experience in similar senior administrative/project support role leading to sound knowledge of administrative procedures. Evidence of continuing professional development (Courses, up to date with employment law etc)
