Job Description

Frazer Jones are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a Global Investment Management organisation with offices across the UK, EMEA and US on the growth of their Campus team in London.

Working in a global HR team of 12, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top graduate talent to support their business objectives. This role requires a proactive approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You'll have the opportunity to build a graduate recruitment programme from scratch, roll this out globally and align the strategy with the Head of HR.

This role requires proven campus recruitment experience in Financial Services with the ability to think methodically, drive solutions and enhance their graduate offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies to attract high-potential graduates from top universities and colleges. Establish and maintain relationships with career services, academic departments, and student organizations.
  • Plan and participate in campus recruitment activities, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to identify those who best fit our needs. Coordinate and facilitate assessment centers, group interviews, and selection processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a professional interview process.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data in the applicant tracking system. Generate reports and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, recruitment trends, and new technologies. Seek feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5 + years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on graduate or early career hiring ideally within Financial Services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, academic partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
