Responsibilities:

The Campus Recruiting Analyst role will be aligned to our Campus Recruiting function and will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including but not limited to, HR Business Partners, Business CAOs/COOs and business specific Campus leads. They will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of some Investment teams, alongside firmwide efforts and initiatives. This individual will lead the planning and execution of all EMEA Campus Recruitment events including early identification programmes and on/off campus events.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Build relationships and partner with line of business key contacts to determine hiring needs and run efficient campus recruitment processes 
  • Manage full recruiting process for some Investment teams including CV screening, reviewing of video interviews, interview organization and preparing offer letters
  • Go-to person for Summer Analysts and 1st Year Analysts for the aligned business areas (including organizing group training, running mid and end of internship meetings)
  • Partner with EMEA and global campus recruitment colleagues to ensure aligned processes across business groups and to ensure a consistent interview structure and evaluation of candidates
  • Ad-hoc scheduling of interviews (support also provided by COE resource)
  • Plan, execute and attend campus events (travel may be required)
  • Build relationships with universities and manage university partnerships
  • Workday (ATS) and Handshake (Events) management

Qualifications:

  • 6-18 months of experience, preferably in campus / lateral recruiting, events or a HR capacity in financial services or other professional services environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all constituents – candidates, university contacts and senior business leaders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player; collaborative
  • An eye for detail and strong follow through
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and with a can do attitude
