Position Overview:
With strong growth across EMEA, we are looking for someone with a passion for recruiting.Someone whoenjoys relationship building and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The EMEA Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and managing the end-to-end recruiting process that includes sourcing, recruiting, qualifying and presenting potential candidates for in-house positions available within Zones EMEA. The recruiter will be responsible for the full end to end recruitment lifecycle with a focus on candidate experience.
What you’ll do as the EMEA Recruiter

Create and drive recruiting and candidate generation strategies in partnership with stakeholders. Manage full-life cycle recruiting process including job descriptions, sourcing, screening assessments, interviews, offers and onboarding Source candidates by means of direct recruitment, referral networks, Internet job boards, and traditional recruiting methods to identify potential talent Understand Zones culture and strategy and drive talent management through the attraction of top candidates. Obtain accurate job descriptions from hiring managers Build a robust candidate pipeline through a variety of sourcing methods Facilitate an outstanding hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. Drive the offer process including presenting offers, overcoming last-minute challenges, negotiating and successfully closing candidates Fill all hires with the right talent, on time and on-budget programs to support business strategy across each specific business entity within EMEA. Develop a strategic partnership with Zones EMEA leadership team, presenting statistics and solutions to future challenges of the workplace.What you will bring to the team:
Define recruitment processes to drive business growth, across EMEA. Establish a trusted partnership with Zones EMEA leadership team. Understand Zones corporate & people strategy. Upskill management in best recruitment practices by training & collaboration. Create employee branding content to attract top candidates to Zones. Present monthly reporting for EMEA showing open vacancies and time to hire. Create an awareness campaign around recruitment best practices and reinforce them via team meetings, internal communications and training sessions. In collaboration with the HRBP - EMEA, identify strategic HR initiatives to drive business success. Plan relevant recruitment campaigns on strategic roles. Define training requirements and ensure compliance in training ‘the Zones way’ (include best practices) Define, create and execute recruitment content and campaigns for EMEA business entities Plan, manage and execute Zones recruitment marketing through website, social media platform and internal recruitment mediums when required.Required Experience:
Global recruiting experience preferred General knowledge of global employment law and interviewing principles Experience recruiting a variety of positions simultaneously High volume recruiting experience preferred Candidate sourcing through traditional and creative channels Demonstrated experience employing behavioral interviewing techniques Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business environments by asking the right questions Client focused with strong attention to producing quality results Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate client needs Demonstrated organisational skills; able to prioritize and manage time effectively with minimal supervision Ability to successfully interact with all levels of an organization while building rapport and trust Zones offers a comprehensive Benefits package
