HR Manager London law firm £80,000+ LHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Badenoch & Clark) are partnered with a leading city law firm in their search for an HR Manager. The role would be based in London with a hybrid office presence of minimum 3 days per week preferred. Supporting the senior management team, the HR Manager would be responsible for a full HR Generalist service to a headcount of around 80 (1 site). The HR Manager would be expected to operate as a fully integrated and trusted advisor to the partners and to the employees and line managers across the firm. Your job responsibilities as the Human Resources Manager will include (but are not limited to): Building robust relationships with stakeholders Line manager support and development on a range of matters including employee relations, performance management, talent development, policies, new starter inductions, reward and compensation Managing ER matters across business units including disciplinary, grievance, flexible working requests, family friends policies, absence management Transfer of accurate information of payroll implicated changes monthly Being an ambassador for change and improvementThe HR Manager would also line manage the Facilities and Front of House teams. That said, line management experience and experience working within an holistic operations function is desirable. The HR Manager would also would closely with the Managing Partner, the Head of IT, and the Head of Compliance to offer a cohesive corporate service. We're seeking an experienced HR Manager with experience held within a professional services environment - legal sector experience is advantageous although not essential. Culturally, we seek a personable HR Manager who puts people at the heart of what they do. CIPD is preferred although not essential.
