We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits and HR Ops practitioner to join a fantastic team. Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, you will drive a Five Star service to their leaders and your colleagues; taking ownership of HR process optimisation, driving market leading compensation and benefits programmes, HR data reporting, as well as being a kind and empathetic business partner to the fabulous leadership team.

You will manage pay and reward ensuring the optimising of the payroll budget to provide highly competitive ‘total reward’ for colleagues including annual pay review, promotion/ pay change proposal analysis, policies on distribution of service charge/ tronc, competitive benchmarking market rate analysis, and bonus/ incentive programmes.

You will also manage the benefits programmes, and identifying opportunities to introduce new benefits to ensure the organisation remain competitive amongst the luxury competitive set.

You will also manage recognition programmes, overseeing the monthly recognition committee.

Ideally CIPD qualified with 5 years of HR experience, having specialised in compensation and benefits and HR systems, you will be passionate about all aspect of HR Operations, and will thrive on being busy and making a difference. You will have a positive attitude, be highly organised, with great attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver high quality results.

You will build trusting relationships with leaders across the organisation and on top of all this you will enjoy working in a fun and high energy team, whose dedication and passion is inspiring.
