This is an exciting new opportunity for a Compensation Manager to join a respected and well-known luxury brand recognised around the world.
Reporting into the HR Director, the Compensation Manager will manage the HR budget, planning and reporting processes across all brands as well as having direct responsibility for 3 key members of staff in the Compensation and Benefits Team.
The Compensation Manager will come with a desire to be analytical and interpret data with the ability to make important recommendations that impact financial decisions for the wider company and the employees. You will also have experience working in a matrixenvironment and the ability to work in a changing landscape under pressure. The Compensation Manager will look to utilise the reporting tools available to them to have an impact on salary changes, bonus and benefits changes throughout retail and head officestaff.
You will have vast experience in stakeholder management and be able to communicate exceptionally well, often providing important data and recommendations to managers and directors.
This role requires someone in the London office 3 days a week with 2 from home and it comes with some incredible benefits on offer.
