**Description**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries & managing the HR inbox
- On boarding new starters & improving the process
- Assisting with monthly payroll - collating documents
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all members of the People & Culture team
- Processing invoices
- Creating reports

**Profile**
- 1-2 years HR experience
- Ideally from a Financial Services background or corporate
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
