Job Description

Our Client

Founded in 2022, currently seed invested, our client is a B2B-focused no-code SaaS platform enabling brands to hyper-personalise inbound enquiries through a number of product offerings including PPC-focused landing pages and ABM landing pages. They have some exciting growth plans for the next couple of years with the ignition coming from this founding AE hire in London.

What You’ll Get

As the Founding Account Executive in Europe, you can expect a salary of £80k – 90k basic with double OTE (uncapped) + equity. The role is London-based (hybrid) working 3 days a week in the office. You’ll be responsible for lifting the revenue off the ground whilst over time, hiring and scaling the sales function.

What You’ll Do

Reporting directly to the Co-Founder, you will be leading the sales from the front line. You will be selling predominantly into mid-market Tech companies, with CMOs being your main target personas. You will have 2 SDRs generating leads and booking meetings for you so your full focus will be on sitting the demos and meetings both over video and in person.

What You’ll Need

You will need to have come from a sales heavy background (5+ years in SaaS) – We are looking for someone who has either set up or been a part of a high-performing sales engine. This is a REAL start-up which means you will need to be flexible with the hours you work from time to time. You will relish the idea of working in an agile, fast-paced early-stage business
