As the Founding Account Executive at Glyphic, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales, shaping our go-to-market strategy, and building lasting relationships with our key clients. You will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities, defining customer segments, and closing deals that will be foundational to our growth and success.

What you'll do:

Strategically identifying, prospecting, and qualifying prospective customers to build a pipeline for growth.

You will own your go-to-market messaging for different geographies & sectors, building & managing outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, etc.).

Managing deals end to end including running demos and closing customers.

Collaborating with the founders and Growth Lead on Glyphic’s sales process and playbook as a basis for growing our sales team

Your profile

A scrappy builder mentality. 

You'll partner closely with the founders and the Growth Lead. We're looking for self-starters who want to get their hands dirty and bring their expertise to the table to build an A+ GTM motion.

Passionate about being a founding startup member.

Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.

An always-learning mindset.

You aren't afraid to critique yourself and are always looking to learn and get better.

We’re on the bleeding edge of technology, so there is a lot to learn.

We’re growing fast, but start-ups are hard and there will always be ups and downs.

3-5 years of closing experience in SMB or Mid-Market SaaS, bonus if you have sold to revenue teams.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Comfortable owning the full sales cycle.

You must be willing to work from our London, Chancery Lane office.
