  • Provide full HR generalist support to the company, leading on employee relations casework including disciplinary and grievance.
  • Take a lead on supporting managers with Absence Management and Occupational Health administration.
  • Coach Managers in implementing and developing good people and performance management across the business and deliver training to upskill the managers on key HR policies and procedures.
  • Support policy design and development in line with employment law.
  • Support with full employee lifecycle from recruitment and selection, onboarding and development talent management, performance management and offboarding.
  • Administrate monthly payroll for the site and produce monthly KPI reporting.
  • Work in collaboration with the management team to design and implement health and wellbeing strategy.
  • Drive and assist employee engagement activities.
  • Engage in ad hoc HR project work and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.

  • Directors, Department Senior Management, Contact Centre Team Managers, Warehouse Team Managers.

Experience

  • 5 years+ working in a HR Function
  • 2+ years at Business Partner/Manager Level (or Senior HR Advisor looking for a step up)
  • HR experience of supporting Contact Centre and Warehousing (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience of managing performance – KPI’s
  • Mental Health First Aider
