Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant on a permanent full-time basis, based in the Holywood area with a salary of £22,308 per year and staff benefits.

Our client has a global reach in the Social Care sector, offering a wide range of services that support Adults and Children with learning disabilities. This client also has an impressive site with facilities and views that truly must be seen to be believed.

While the role offers 9 am to 5 pm working hours, you'll need to be flexible to cover a Monday to Sunday shift pattern, however, the rota will be discussed at the interview stage.

Responsibilities:

With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will:

  • Provide a high level of accurate, effective, and prompt administrative support to the Social Care and Corporate Service functions.
  • Maintain records, handle, and process confidential and highly sensitive data along with ad-hoc administrative work.
  • Cover reception duties, answering and directing calls.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration and 6 months relevant experience in a similar post.
  • 5 GCSEs incl. English and Maths along with 2 years relevant experience in a similar post without an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
  • Sound working knowledge of MS Office - including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Team working, prioritising, organisational and administration skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
  • £22,308 per year.
