Purpose of the Role
Carl Zeiss Vision UK are recruiting a Regional Account Manager to successfully grow revenue from an existing National Account, to ensure our ambitious growth strategies are achieved.
Key Requirements of the role include:
- To execute business/training plan across defined territory in line with CZV UK budget and growth expectations.
- To drive and build successful relationships with key customers and manage successful performance.
- Deliver proven account management, influencing and training skills and evidence exceptional ZEISS product and market knowledge.
- To deliver agreed training program across key target stores in territory across a dynamic audience including Optoms, DO’s, Optical Consultants and develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
- To assertively lead projects with key internal bodies including Supply/Marketing/Sales/Finance and customer service to deliver budgeted activities on time in full.
- To utilise Commercial dashboard/ reporting to identify sales/product trends at customer level to ensure we maximise the opportunity.
- At all times maintain and uphold CZVUK values in all dealings with customers and colleagues.
Required Knowledge & Experience
Must have:
- Proven academics: Degree qualified or equivalent e.g. FBDO
- Proven track record of success and ROI in terms of sales and revenue generation
- Optical dispensing experience
- Optical retail sales experience
- Demonstrable optical training experience
