Job Title: Regional Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team at Florence, a leading health and social care staffing company. As a Regional Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in your assigned region, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of our services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
