Your new company is a well-established organisation based in the heart of Carmarthen. My client is looking for an experienced administrator who is immediately available to offer administrative support within the office on a temporary basis.
Your new role as an office administrator will have you responsible for a variety of administrative duties. These duties include, but are not limited to: data processing, general typing, manual and electronic filing, management of diaries, typing of confidential letters and providing telephone support. You will also be responsible for the collation of data, the management and stock control of office stationery and attending internal and external meetings. What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an individual who is highly experienced in the field of administration, possesses great interpersonal and communication skills as well as great English written and verbal skills. The successful candidate will also be an individual who is experienced at using Microsoft Office packages. What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive premium hourly rate of up to £14. You will be working full-time hours Monday-Friday with the hours being 9-5. The role is a temporary position due to last at least 2 months. What you need to do now
