In this pivotal role, the HR Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the HR administration operates at the highest standards within a regulated environment.


About you:

  • Demonstrates a strong passion for spreadsheets, organisation, and meticulous record-keeping within HR.
  • Excels in auditing data, ensuring swift and accurate information input.
  • Maintains strict compliance with new starter procedures and other HR protocols.
  • Proficient in drafting professional letters with a thorough understanding of contractual terms and the importance of accuracy.
  • Takes ownership of and drives the HR system, with potential for progression into a data or compliance role.
  • Capable of enhancing reporting processes, streamlining data access, and improving overall operational efficiency.
