The role of the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Project Manager:

This person will be responsible for delivering a diagnostic project across the Trust, ensuring that agreed outputs are delivered on time. You will support the achievement of our clients Trust and their commitment to social value.

They need someone who has successfully conducted diagnostic projects to recommend what they need to do next and identify a structure to deliver those actions to help them continuously develop an inclusive culture and embed it into their organisational DNA. As a DI&B expert, your primary responsibility will be to help them ensure their DI&B initiatives fosters an open environment where everyone feels welcome and included.

The Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Project Manager role will include:

* Design and deliver a plan and timeline to complete a robust diagnostic of their current DI&B position and make recommendations on what they do next, how they do it, what their key milestones will be and associated timelines

* Develop a roadmap to achieve their 3-5 year plan including SMART objectives, key milestones and what resources they will need

* Framework for their DI&B values

* Implement a centralised DI&B information/collaboration hub

* Stakeholders: This role will work closely with the People Team, Inclusive Talent Engagement Team and focus groups to understand what they do now and how they become more innovative and build key initiatives towards a strategic DI&B plan for the Trust.

The ideal Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Project Manager:

* Strong influencing skills with experience in engaging with varied and senior stakeholders, both internal and external

* Highly organised and responsive and able to work autonomously to tight deadlines

* Knowledgeable and informed about the latest developments in DI&B practices and frameworks

* Proven experience as a Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Project Manager

* A clear understanding of the broad DE&I agenda within the creative sector and its impact on the workforce, workplace, visitors and community and an ability to promote this to others

* Experience of delivering DI&B initiatives and activities through volunteers and champions

* Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at different organisational levels (including executive level) to raise awareness and educate as well as securing buy in and commitment to undertaking actions

* Strong analytical and research abilities to gather and analyse data for evidence-based decision making

* Ability to build relationships to achieve required outcomes and make recommendations

* Effective engagement and presentation skills
