Job Description Summary
Our organization, the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, is guided by our mission: to empower women in the healthcare industry to achieve their full potential.
We are seeking a key talent, like you, to join our team and help us drive diversity and inclusion initiatives forward.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring 3 days per week in our office.
- Support the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs on diversity and inclusion best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential diversity and inclusion issues, and develop solutions to promote a culture of inclusion.
- Support the preparation of the organization for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work with the Director of Diversity and Inclusion to address potential diversity and inclusion issues and recommend solutions.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience, in Regulatory Affairs or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in working knowledge of SOPs and compliance.
