This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring 3 days per week in our office.

  • Support the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs on diversity and inclusion best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential diversity and inclusion issues, and develop solutions to promote a culture of inclusion.
  • Support the preparation of the organization for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the Director of Diversity and Inclusion to address potential diversity and inclusion issues and recommend solutions.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience, in Regulatory Affairs or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in working knowledge of SOPs and compliance.
