As the Operational Lead, you will:

Oversee a team of two membership development officers.

Assist groups with funding applications and complex governance queries.

Convene Barnet's Environmental Network and represent the sector at key local meetings and events.

Proficient in using Salesforce to monitor data, ensure quality of service delivery, and handle reporting.

Drive communications efforts for the community support team, including social media, newsletters, and the website.

You should have experience in third sector management, governance, and fundraising, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A commitment to the social model of disability and disability equality is essential.

We offer a flexible working environment, hybrid working options, including 26 days paid holiday plus 8 annual bank holidays (pro rata). Disabled individuals who meet the essential criteria will receive a guaranteed interview.
