Sales Team Lead

Our Client Our client are a fast-growth, Series A funded HealthTech, who have created an all-in-one platform set to transform the healthcare industry. Their platform supports healthcare professionals to work quicker and more efficiently, and ultimately save lives faster. To support their rapid growth, they’re looking to hire a Sales Lead to join their scaling commercial team.
As a Sales Lead, you can expect a basic salary of £100-140k with uncapped commission. They are a fully remote business, with regular team meet-ups and a big emphasis on culture. As a Sales Lead, you will work directly with the VP of Sales to scale out the commercial team, implement GTM playbooks, and work hands-on with closing deals. You will be a key part of the growth of the sales team, supporting with hiring Account Executives, training and coaching, whilst directly selling and closing enterprise deals yourself too.
As a Sales Lead you will have experience working within a SaaS start-up and will have taken a business from £2m to £10m+ ARR, and want to go on that journey again. You will have successfully scaled out a commercial team previously, and have experience closing enterprise deals of £150k+.
