Senior Vertical Sales Lead
As a Vertical Sales Lead, you will drive sales growth and develop sales strategy. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining high-level relationships, executing sales plans and collaborating with various colleagues and teams to create effective go to market propositions and campaigns. This is a hands-on role with direct, new business sales responsibility.

We are looking for sales leads in the following sectors:
Financial Services
Highlight market demands and strategic objectives to develop related sales propositions.
Prepare for and manage proposal creation and review processes for your opportunities, working with colleagues in our ‘deal hub’.
Track, achieve and report on sales progress against targets.

Drive innovation and transformation in your industry sector, aligning with our mission to be ‘the innovation and change partner of choice’.
Engage with C-suite executives and their direct reports in large enterprises to integrate into market opportunities and drive industry advancement.
Record Management and Collaboration:
Maintain accurate business records and CRM data for your activities, your prospects, clients and their organisations for activity tracking, reporting and insights.
Collaborate with Demand Generation and Client Success teams, contributing to effective tracking and data capture, for accurate and insightful use of analytics to drive demand generation and sales management decisions.

Guide HiveMind Network member recruitment efforts to ensure the acquisition of skilled colleagues relevant to the sector and your client needs.

You will have held a senior level, quota carrying, new business position in a successful consulting business or systems integrator carrying a yearly sales target of in excess of £3m.
A strong, current and well established network in the UK across a broad range of your industry organisations
Balanced expertise in new business development and account management. (Proven ability to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
Strong strategic planning, team-building, and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
Experience in developing and personally executing sales campaigns.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
