I'm currently looking to recruit an Assistant Director of Human Resources on behalf of my client, a prestigious luxury hotel group with a reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Director of Human Resources in managing HR operations for two luxury hotels.

- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a high standard of talent acquisition.

- Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and HR administrative activities.

- Ensure compliance with all legislative and company standards.

- Support payroll management and HR budgeting.

- Lead and develop a small HR team, fostering a strong team culture.

Requirements:

- 10 years of experience in HR, including at least 3-4 years in a managerial role within a 5-star hotel.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
