We are looking for experienced Social Housing professionals to support our client in their Tenancy Sustainment Team in Liverpool on an ongoing, temporary basis.

This is predominantly an office-based role, with a requirement to visit individuals & families in their own homes who have complex needs, challenging behaviours and have been identified as at risk of failing their tenancy. You will work with these customers to empower, promote and encourage financial independence, aspirations, health, wellbeing and tenancy sustainment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Triaging referrals received by the team and liaising with customers, referrers, and relevant services/stakeholders to identify what support is required.

  • Recording risk assessments, support plans, interventions and outcomes on case management systems.

  • Managing your own caseload, ensuring tenancy conditions are met, conducting needs assessments, identifying triggers of non-payment and signposting to external support agencies as appropriate.

  • Identify and report safeguarding concerns.

  • Participate in multi-agency meetings.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of working within a social housing setting and supporting vulnerable people.

  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures, completing assessments and developing support plans with positive, achievable outcomes.

  • Ability to lone work and to own initiative.

  • Driving licence with access to own vehicle.

What you'll get in return

  • Hourly rates up to £21.90 per hour

  • Weekly pay

  • Ongoing temporary contract, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
